Carnival Time!

Hi to Everyone Horário Padrão de Brasília. On this blog we will talk about the world famous carnvals of Brazil. Carnaval in Brazil is treated as a holiday, they usually have a week break. It’s a big event. There are two main ways Brazilians party at that time: “desfile de carros alegóricos” (which is basically a parade with big fancy cars, the people from the samba schools who perform in it prepare the entire year) and “bloco de carnaval” (where a crowd of people covered in glitter and dressed up as something they like go partying following an electric trio). The mask is the symbol of Carnaval, but not many people wear it.
carnival /ˈkɑːnɪv(ə)l/ 學習發音 noun.  A carnival is an annual festival, typically during the week before Lent in Roman Catholic countries, involving processions, music, dancing, and the use of masquerade.
